Hotel Puerta America Madrid

The hotel was located in a little cafe in the city center, near Avendia de America metro station. The room had an incredible bed and the bathroom was fantastic. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely pool area with helpful staff providing towels and cushions for the sun loungers.

The hotel had slightly confusing controls for the window, curtains, and projector.

The design: interesting and arty. Well-equipped bathrooms. Variety of interior designers. Quiet, adult atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Transfer to the airport. Excellent food and quality

Junior suite clean and comfortable. The exclusive bar on the 13th floor is a nice touch. Complimentary arrival gifts were a welcoming gesture.

The rooms were beautifully designed, each with its own unique style. We loved the attention to detail and the creativity in the decor. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any issues or requests.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the prices for food and drinks at the hotel were quite high, so we ended up spending most of our time exploring the city and finding more affordable options.

Beautiful and unique designs on every floor, including the incredible interior design on Floor 7 suite by Ron Arad. Lovely pool and leisure area, perfect for relaxation. Helpful staff who made sure we had a different floor experience on our second stay. Efficient maintenance and easy access to amenities.

The design of the hotel is breathtaking. Each floor is unique and beautifully designed by different architects, making it a truly remarkable experience. The view from my room on the 11th floor was incredible, offering a stunning panoramic view of the city. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to the vibrant areas of Salamanca and Chamartin. The early check-in was a convenient amenity, and the hotel's proximity to metro stations made getting around the city a breeze.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The unique design of the rooms, particularly the one designed by Zaha Hadid, was truly amazing. It felt like being in a Star Wars film set and my husband, a big science fiction fan, absolutely loved it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided a good variety of options. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was very close to the metro station, allowing us easy access to explore this city.

Good , We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. Our room had exclusive amenities, including a spacious in, room breakfast area and a private Jacuzzi. the staff provided impeccable service, catering to our every need. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation.

Cons , the hotel's location wasn't the best, as it was quite far from the city center. the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service, which made up for the inconvenience.

As a woman traveling alone, staying in a beautiful hotel with a convenient location is essential. The hotel I stayed at was close to the metro, making it easy for me to explore the city center. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. Plus, the stunning view from my room added an extra touch to my stay.

I did notice that some guests were using the hotel's dining facilities as their own offices, which was a bit distracting.

The only minor issue I encountered was the noise from traffic outside, which could be disruptive at times. this was outweighed by the positives, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a luxury experience.
